Bentley Biggar is the owner and operator of Stay Vara, managing short-term rental properties throughout the Fraser Valley. He purchased Visit Winter Park Lodging from Philip and Eric Vandernail in November 2023, later merging it with Front Desk MTN, his former property management company in Vail, to create Stay Vara.

Bentley's roots in Grand County's hospitality industry run deep. He previously owned STR Housekeeping LLC, which provided cleaning services to 150 short-term rentals across the county before he sold the company in June 2026 to reinvest fully in Stay Vara. He also owns Peak Performance Laundry in Tabernash, which serves not only Stay Vara but many other property management companies throughout Grand County. 

When he's not working, you'll find Bentley on the slopes or the golf course — two passions that keep him coming back to Grand County in every season. He and his fiancée, Sayles, who is currently attending medical school, are looking forward to their wedding in the Colorado mountains next summer.
