Cancellations made 30 or more days before check-in receive a full refund. Cancellations made between 30 and 7 days before check-in receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made within 7 days of check-in are not eligible for a refund.

Our homes are owned by local families who depend on this income, and a last-minute cancellation often means the dates go unbooked entirely. Because of that, we apply this policy consistently for every guest, with no exceptions.

We know plans change for reasons outside your control. That's why we offer travel insurance at booking and recommend it to every guest — it's inexpensive, and it covers the situations our policy can't.

Start the dishwasher, take the trash to the bin, and lock up. That's it — no stripping beds, no deep cleaning. Your cleaning fee covers the rest.

The Fraser Valley sits around 8,500 to 9,000 feet. Drink more water than you feel necessary, go easy on alcohol your first night, and take the first day slower than you'd like. Most people adjust within a day or two.

Snow removal is arranged for every property. After a big storm, give crews a little time — the whole county is being dug out at once. There's a shovel at each home for the walkway between services.
