Brian Moore is a true local — born and raised in Winter Park, where his family owned and operated Coffee and Tea Market at the base of the mountain. Growing up behind the counter of a small family business, he learned early that hospitality is really about the details: knowing your regulars, anticipating what a guest needs, and treating everyone who walks in like they belong.

That instinct has shaped a career spanning more than a decade in hospitality and the short-term rental industry. Over the years he's done nearly every job there is, which is exactly why he's so effective at running the whole operation now. As General Manager of Stay Vara, Brian leads day-to-day operations and is the person owners deal with directly — coordinating housekeeping and maintenance, looking after guests, and making sure every home performs and every stay goes smoothly.

For Brian, this isn't just a job in a resort town; it's home. And that hometown pride shows up in how he cares for the properties and people Stay Vara serves.
