Trailhead 721 Pet Friendly pool hot tub

We had an incredible time in Winter Park! The condo was perfect! It was clean, well stocked with everything we needed and then some! The location is perfect! We walked to dinner several times, shopped, enjoyed the breweries and most of all our dog loved the Fraser River down the street! Thank you! It was a beautiful week and would definitely come back!

This is a great stay in Winter Park. Being able to walk to the events in the Rendezvous Event Center and the Copper Square was so convenient. We loved having a pool for our little one as well. Very clean and nicely kept rental.

My husband and I were in winter park to ski and this place is very conveniently located within walking distance to town and the bus that takes you to the resort. The place was comfortable and clean. Would stay here again.

We were only here for a weekend but I wouldn't hesitate to stay longer. Terrific location in town, walkable to lots of restaurant, shuttle stop to mountain super close (ie, you can walk in ski boots!) Condo was clean, spacious, well-appointed. It even has heated floors! I stayed here with a friend (2-people) and my dog. They had snacks and even treats for my pup. Community is really nice, park across the street. Really good value vs staying on mountain.

We loved our stay and Visit Winter Park management was the best. They were so responsive and friendly. The condo was perfect for us. We walked everywhere in town. The condo was immaculate and well appointed. We enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub. which was maintained very well. We will definately return! Thank you for a great stay!

We had an awesome stay at Trailhead 721 & loved everything about the tastefully decorated condo!! It was perfect for my husband, myself, & our 2 pups! We loved the layout with a well stocked kitchen, comfortable living room seating, convenient washer/dryer room, and very comfortable king sized bed in the bedroom. We enjoyed coffee on the balcony in the mornings & cocktails in the evenings. The condo is in a perfect location & we walked everywhere to dine and shop. We even enjoyed a free concert at the Rendezvous Event Center right across the street! Lake Grandby & Grand Lake are just a short drive away; we enjoyed downtown Grand Lake & a quick hike to Adams Falls while we were there! Winter Park is a great place to visit in the summer, trails everywhere and the best mountain scenery! We enjoyed hiking, taking in all the mountain fresh air and scenery, and dining at the local restaurants! Kudos to our fantastic hosts for the great recommendations! We highly recommend Trailhead 721!

This is a must stay! It was great for taking our dog with us. It’s located across the street from the park, had many hiking trails next to us as well. Shuttle stop is really close by to get to every where. The place is very clean and updated, had all the amenities available, kitchen ware to cook and bake, washer/dryer. Sauna and pool across from building. Host kept in contact before and during stay to make sure everything was going well.

Great spot by the mountain in town. Easy access to everything around. Awesome host who is happy to help with any questions. One note for future guests - this is definitely a single family spot with the one bed room and pullout beds for the kids in the living room. Also, heads up if you’re a light sleeper. It likely depends who else is in the unit, but the bedroom backs up to the steps for all of the units. Clumsy folks in ski boots going up and down the steps at very late/early hours can easily wake you up. Otherwise, the hot tub and pool area are great. The unit itself is a great spot to relax after a busy day. Great host too.

The condo was nice and what we expected however when we checked out a few hours later I realized I left my iPad on the nightstand in the bedroom. I contacted them immediately, they told me they checked with the cleaners, the inspector and the new guests and they did not find it. I pushed every angle because I was sure it was there. The next morning I filed a claim with Airbnb and guess what-they found my iPad! Kendall with the management company had a big attitude when I suggested someone working there had possibly taken it. I had to drive 3 hours in the snow to finally get it back. Trust is a big deal and I don’t see how these people can be trusted.

Kathy, You will blocked from ever renting with us again! You left your iPad underneath the end table next to the couch that our cleaners nor our inspector could find. Once it was missing you immediately with zero evidence accused our cleaners of stealing it. The next guest had a 5-year-old child playing on the ground who saw it. We went out of our way to get it back to you within hours of it being found. You continued to be nothing but rude with no apology or thank you. In the future, you should be more responsible with your belongings and not be so quick to accuse others. You are welcome back!

Nice condo just as pictured on 2nd floor of a 3 story 12 unit building. Very convenient location. Plenty of parking. Hideaway Psrk is right out back door very nice and active with chairs, picnic tables, skate park and a beautiful stage with many events. Great stay will come back.

This Airbnb was just soooo nice. Livingroom was spacious, a full kitchen, comfortable mattress on the bed and full size washer and dryer if you need them. Perfect amount of space for two adults and also if you have a couple of kids. View of the mountains out the livingroom window too! We definitely recommend it.

This was the absolute perfect stay in Winter Park, it was close to lots of different, breweries and restaurants, but really easy to get to the mountain as well! I’ve been coming to Winter Park for years now, and this is the best stay I have found!

We love this condo! Trailhead condos in general are our 'go to' in Winter Park. The location is perfect walking distance to shops and restaurants and close to the mountain either driving or taking the shuttle bus. We also love the hot tub and pool. Specifically though this unit is our favorite. The bed is comfortable and the kitchen is one of the most well stocked we have had. Visit Winter Park was extremely easy to work with as well and they texted multiple times to check in and wanted to know immediately about any maintenance issues. We will be back!

The condo was exactly as pictured! We had a great stay. The hosts were friendly and accommodating. Walking distance to looks of restaurants and coffee shops. The only negative is that the pet fee ($40/day) is the most expensive we’ve ever seen on Airbnb. The unit is very clean though! We would definitely recommend staying here!
