The views were incredible. Seeing the horses nearby was a bonus. Bring everything you might need like cooking spray, storage containers, etc.

This was our third visit to the Barn. It is truly a wonderful place. The views out of the living/dining/kitchen area are stunning. This time, the peaks were snow capped due to late Spring snows. The new king bed was so comfortable. Our host was very responsive. Our pup loves running in the meadow. We wish this house belonged to us, but at least we get to stay there through Airbnb. Thank you!

Fantastic stay with our family and 2 young kids. We enjoyed spending time outdoors, walking down to the river, and watching the horses (best day ever for a 3 year old). Very quiet, beautiful views, close to Granby, downtown Fraser, and winter park, and great hiking trails. Overall a wonderful stay and the hosts were very flexible and communicative with us throughout our stay. Will absolutely look to come back to this house in the near future!

We will definitely be coming back! This home is perfectly situated on a peaceful lot with tons of land. My wife and I brought our 2 children and dog, and there was plenty of space for all of us. The main bedroom must have upgraded to a king bed recently, which was extremely comfortable. We had the best time enjoying wine with the views from the living room. 10 min drive into Fraser. Thanks for a great time!

We stayed at this AirBnb to be close to family staying at Devil's Thumb Ranch. It has great proximity to DTR. Very peaceful neighborhood and very spacious layout. We had our two Goldendoodles with us and they enjoyed the yard. Overall, I would recommend this rental for you and your family.

One of the best Airbnb’s we have stayed at by far! The views from the kitchen and living room are incredible! The location is absolutely perfect as it’s maybe 10-15 minutes from Fraser and Winter Park which had many restaurants open even during the off season. In our opinion a very underrated area of Colorado by the way! The beautiful home is set up so well and sits on a horse barn with many acres of land, so you feel like you are out in nature and our dog LOVED the freedom to run around! We even got to watch some of the beautiful horses that graze nearby! It was just two of us and our dog but this home is very spacious and equipped to host more guests comfortably! This host was very responsive, friendly and accommodating and they even set out a gift for a celebration we had! They also went out of their way to get an item back to me that I left there as soon as possible! I can’t say enough about this place and we would go back in a heartbeat if we have the chance!

This is an excellent place to stay near Winter Park. We stayed outside of ski season for the proximity to Rocky Mountain National Park and other hiking. The views are amazing and it's a very comfortable home.

We loved the location. It had beautiful views of the mountains and sunsets. It was close enough to town for convenience but far enough away to be peaceful. The house was exactly as described. Very comfortable and felt right at home. Well stocked kitchen for cooking. If we could ask for any improvement, it would be to have the ability to open more of the windows during the warmer afternoon sun. Thanks for the stay and we hope to be back someday!

We found this gem for our vacation for our family of four, and it was perfect. Amazing views with Byer's Peak across the valley. Comfortable and spacious home. Room to explore with 80 acres of property, or walk the quiet local dirt roads. Not far from town, but a private, peaceful setting. And if you love to fish this is the place to book. The rental comes with private access to the Fraser River with incredible trout fishing. On top of all that, the price was very reasonable, and the checkout instructions were minimal. next time we visit Fraser we will definitely be checking to see if this place is available!

We had a great time over Thanksgiving week at this beautiful rental. The view from the dining room table was gorgeous and we took advantage of the local trail system for daily walks in nature. We were especially appreciative of the in floor heating system.

We had a great stay at The Barn. Perfect quiet place for 4 adults, a baby, and a pup. The view is beautiful and the area is peaceful. 10-15 minute drive to shops, breweries, and restaurants in Fraser and Winter Park. Minor issue with the heat - took about a full 24 hours to warm up inside, but the host was responsive and sent maintenance out to check it.

The home is nice, spacious, comfortable. Keep in mind if you g map this address it's at a much different location and takes another almost 20 minutes more to drive in the snow with given directions to find the Barn. The address is not marked on the street, quite difficult at night. It's about 20-25 mins from winter park, so a bit isolated. Cleaniness issue We had a major problem with pet hair everywhere. On our bedroom blankets, floors, Carpet, suitcases and the response I got from the host was that: "they will forward info to their cleaning crew" Then they lied that : all premises were inspected for this and cleaned prior to stay. In contradiction they then messaged that this is a pet friendly home, so in other words - just deal with!?!? Then they blamed our local friend's visiting hypoallergenic non shedding poodle mix for the hair everywhere, cleaniness issue came two nights late!! I have mutiple airbnb and my response and this was inappropriate!!

That is not an accurate way of how we handled your whole weekend Sireen. We go into each property before guest arrive to make sure everything is clean and we can assure you that it was. You didn't contact us about dog hair, heat, etc. until the day before you left and with that there wasn't anything we could have done for you. We wish you the best on all your future adventures.

Beautiful home and very clean, my husband and I went for the weekend for our wedding anniversary. We were greeted with a card and a bottle of champagne in the fridge, such a wonderful gesture. It snowed a lot and we lost power once for a few hours but it was back on quickly. We brought our Lab with us and as someone else mentioned, the stairs were a little difficult for him but he had so much fun! I would suggest bringing cooking ingredients like oil, seasonings, ketchup etc. All around a great getaway and will definitely be returning in the future!

The location was absolutely beautiful. Great views, very clean and it felt like we were right at home. The host was so wonderful and proactive. We also appreciated the welcome note and snacks that were left for us. Everything went great and all the instructions were easy to follow and well detailed. I would highly recommend this location. Our last morning we got to watch a hot air balloon go up in the distance, horses in the open land and moose walking near the property. What a great experience.

This was our second stay at this beautiful property. The views off the deck and through the large picture windows are gorgeous. Our pup loved his romps through the private meadow and down to the Fraser River. Our bedroom was cozy and comfortable. Our host was very responsive. I can’t say enough about this beautiful spot. We really enjoyed our stay at the barn! Had a dog and toddler with us and they loved it too. The views from the big windows are amazing, and we enjoyed watching the horses in the neighboring fields. The large yard/land outside the barn is nice too - the toddler loved walking around it, picking up sticks etc. We loved feeling more out in nature than your typical ski town condo. But not too far - the drive into Fraser was short. Overall, I recommend staying here!

If you ever wanted to wake up and be surrounded by snow capped mountains, then this is your destination. Visit the town of Fraser and Winter Park get yourself some fishing rods and try out some fly-fishing. Not into fishing rent ATV and ride the through the valley 's exploring Colorado. Check out the Local YMCA for activities that they have. (horseback ridding is one of their many options) Looking for a more relaxed feeling check out some of the Hot springs only 45 min drive away from the barn. there is a little bit of everything for everyone . book the barn and enjoy your own adventure. *The Niyongere Family* V/R Mr Meshark.
