Place was nice and clean. Beds comfortable. The layout was great for my group & fairly close to the lifts. Also appreciated the laundry room & detergent. Unable to use the fireplace was a big deal & the living and dining room furniture does not accommodate more than 5 guests

Translation "The interior space is spacious and comfortable, not far from the Vail ski resort. The kitchen is fully equipped, the beds and pillows are very comfortable, parking is convenient, and there's a park across the street for walks. The overall environment is fantastic, with a real resort atmosphere, and my family loved it. The only minor drawback was that the carpet on the stairs leading from the entrance to the living room was a bit dirty; I recommend bringing your own clean slippers." Given the premium price point and the experience fell significantly short of professional standards. Substandard Cleanliness: Upon check-in, the property was not clean. Most concerningly, the bathroom pillows were found on the floor, which is unacceptable for any guest, but particularly when traveling with children. Unresponsive Service: I contacted the property owner immediately to request a cleaning crew. Despite your assurance that someone would be sent, no one arrived to rectify the situation during my stay. Disruption of Check-out: While my requests for cleaning were ignored, a cleaner arrived prematurely on the morning of my departure. They pressured us to leave before the established 10:00 AM check-out time, which added unnecessary stress to our family trip. We really enjoyed our stay. The residence was clean and ready for our check-in. We liked the layout of the rooms. since we were two families, one stayed on the upper level and the other on the lower level, which worked perfectly. We also appreciated having two parking spots available at no extra charge. The home is well located, very close to Vail and just a few minutes from downtown Avon. The host was responsive whenever we needed anything.

The house is very nice, and the rooms are spacious. It looks just like the photos, and we had a great time as a group/family. No major complaints, but a few small details could improve the experience. The restroom downstairs does not have a heater, and the water in the sink drains very slowly. Also, the space to take off and put on shoes is quite small and lacks a bench or something to make it more comfortable. Other than that, everything was great!

We honestly loved our Airbnb, everything was close to the apartment and our host was very flexible when we asked if we could invite some friends for thanksgiving dinner and gave us the opportunity to share a great time with them. Very recommended!
