Snowblaze A23 | Downtown, Indoor Pool & Hot Tub

The apt is centrally located and super easy to get to the slopes. Bus stop right outside the complex. Restaurants in walking distance. The biggest challenge was the beds. They were so hard they were almost unsleepable. We tried to take the sofa bed out to see if it was any better and it was damaged, so we couldn’t open it. The kitchen was reasonably well stocked with pots, pans, etc. We messaged the hosts and they said they sent someone out to look for mattress topper, which they couldn’t find. They did send someone over within the hour to fix the pullout couch. It was marginally better, but better enough to sleep on instead of the primary or guest room actual beds for 3 nights. The apt is adequate but a bit run down and/or lacking detailed finish. Examples: the kitchen floorboards don’t all go to the end of the flooring. Painting in the primary bath looks is massively scratched off around the handle. For the price, if you don’t mind a VERY firm mattress, it’s sufficient.

Great condo however it’s in an older building and the walls/ceiling are super thin. We could hear the people above us stomping around non stop. Other than that it’s a great condo and the location is perfect.

We loved our stay here. Really relaxing place to be after skiing, and really enjoyed that we could walk out the door to shops and restaurants. Everything is nicely updated and clean.

great place, would visit again. 2 issues though with smart lock. 1st it didn't recognise entry code, caused a problem as we didn't take mobiles to hot tub, not waterproof. A neighbour sorted us out and gained entry again. Thankfully it was a weekend. 2nd was the next day. The door could not be locked, and when we called emergency number the number was forward to voice mail. So, sent msg via Airbnb app, and host responded quickly and was able to sort out the locking issue, and restored the original entry code.

We liked the stay. The unit is modern and well renovated. It is on the 2nd floor. It is an exercise for us upon arrival to get all of our luggage and ski gears up the stairs with the Winter Park elevation. The location is at walking distance to the bus stop but not to stores or restaurants. We have a car so it does not matter. Overall it is a nice place for our ski trip.

We enjoyed the visit to Winter Park and the condo was exactly as described and very comfortable. I took advantage of the hot tub and the club was nice. We were able to walk to good restaurants. Would stay here again.

Really enjoyed our stay, with very close proximity to the resort. It was hot at night but got better after the first day... apparently the temperature is centrally controlled so you may need to open some windows. Parking was never a problem and very close to the shuttle pickup for getting to and from Winter Park.

We had a nice time while at this condo and there were lots of special little touches that we appreciated...a welcome bag with snacks, the toilet paper and paper towels had floral type designs, blankets laid nicely on the beds and there was everything that we needed to cook. The furniture was updated and nice. The carpet was dirty, lots of stains and it was not vacuumed well. The pictures that were posted were accurate but I admit, it felt different than what I imagined from the pics. The staff was great and for the price, it was worth it.

We loved our stay, it was a perfect spot for getting to the base, and walkable to everything we wanted to do. The kitchen was very well stocked, we had plenty of towels, they provided fans for every room, and the furniture was comfortable. We would certainly consider coming back next trip!

The condo was just right for 2 couples with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. The living area was spacious and comfortable with big windows . The dining table was great. the sauna was a nice surprise. We all tried it out- felt good.

This spot was extremely easy to find, with easy access to the mountain and great restaurants nearby in walking distance. The space was well maintained and we definitely feel like the value was great based on what we paid! Our only complaints were: 1) it was pretty stuffy/the air quality in the unit did not seem great. 2) responsiveness - I sent 2 texts to the number provided and received no response. Neither were urgent matters, but would have appreciated a response. Overall, we would stay again!

No hot water

Guests stayed for two nights, on the last night of their stay they messaged that there was no hot water after 10pm. We didn't see the message until the next day. When we went to check the condo the next morning the hot water was functioning perfectly. Not sure why anyone would stay several days without calling us and then say there's no hot water the night before your check out and want a refund.

We had a wonderful time. The condo was spacious, clean, and just want we needed. The maintenance team was VERY responsive when the kitchen sink got clogged. They were there in 30 minutes!! Enjoyed the fitness facility as well. We would certainly go back when our travel plans take us to Winter Park.

The location is great. All the free busses go past and there is a stop right out front, so getting to and from the mountain couldn’t be easier. It’s walking distance to a few restaurants and bars and a ski shop. It’s not ultra fancy, but we had everything we needed. And the hosts are excellent.

Great location close to Winter Park Resort! 5 min drive or 2 stops on the lift shuttle. Because it's so close, pretty much all the shuttle lines stop there, making it very convenient. We had a great stay, and they'd recently upgraded a few things like the couch, so the place was nicer than the pictures and what we were expecting! Would definitely stay here again.
