We absolutely loved our stay! The location was perfect, the house was very spacious and had everything we needed. The bed was so comfortable. You truly couldn’t ask for a better place to call home for a vacation!

We had a relaxing time all in all. How ever there are way too many cameras on the property and honestly it was kinda creepy. We got support from Airbnb but they weren’t the friendliest… Very loud trains go by often. It was really annoying when you’re tired and trying to sleep… On the bright side it was very clean and very comfortable. The hot tub worked perfect.

We had a wonderful stay in Fraser. The rental was exactly as advertised, easy to access, and very comfortable. They had recommendations of local places to eat, drink, or pass the time. It was clean and organized. If we find ourselves in Fraser again, we will definitely be staying here.

Would definitely stay here again. Had everything we needed. Was perfect. The pictures and description were clear and accurate. There was plenty of seating and we loved that all 8 of us could eat meals together at the giant dining table! The hot tub was enjoyed by everyone.

We had an amazing stay in Fraser, Colorado! The place was exactly what we were hoping for—spotlessly clean, incredibly comfortable, and fully stocked with everything we could possibly need. From kitchen essentials to extra supplies, it was clear the host put a lot of thought into making guests feel at home. One of the highlights was definitely the hot tub—it was clean, perfectly maintained, and nice and hot after a long day out. Such a relaxing bonus! The location was also a huge plus. It’s super close to the ski resort, making it really convenient for getting out on the slopes without a long drive. Overall, this was a fantastic stay and we would absolutely come back. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a clean, well-equipped, and conveniently located mountain getaway!

This place was perfect for our trip to ski Winter Park! Spacious, comfortable and well equipped to cook and grill. Really clean. Quiet neighborhood and great views. Loved the hot tub! The train is a thing but not an issue for us. Would rent again!

We loved our stay at this house! Our family of 5 had plenty of space to spread out. It was a quiet setting but close to the slopes. We loved the private hot tub after a long day skiing. Would definitely recommend this property!

I was there with four 17- year-olds, and it was very accommodating as far as space, and places to sleep. The hot tub was wonderful and clean and more than we expected. And it was really nice to have the ping-pong in the warm garage. The views outside are exquisite! We didn’t want to leave. Great for families. Felt like a cozy place in a cozy neighborhood. Very nice newer home in a nice setting. Great views off the patio. Just a street over from the bike path to the Winter Park base. Loved the table tennis and garage setup for the kids! Beds were very comfortable, nice kitchen and dining area. Hot tub under the stars was awesome. Room for improvement: 1. Please turn off the creepy & intrusive back patio camera when guests are present. That thing is on a gimble and it moves & looks around when you walk out there. 2. Please consider Providing better quality fans for ALL rooms during the summer. Can get quite stuffy and warm during daylight. Premium price should equal premium accommodations… Other than those items we thoroughly enjoyed your home.

Great, comfortable and full featured home - very convenient for families. Very clean and well maintained. Quiet neighborhood, located close to several stores, walking trails and other neighborhood amenities. We had a comfortable 1 week stay here, no issues !

This house is super clean (which is VERY important to me) and very cute. It is close to every place you want to go to in WP. The garage is a nice hang out area with a ping pong table and the hot tub was a hit with the kids. Despite the loud train that goes by multiple times a night, we would definitely stay here again.
