The place was great, would definitely stay again. Not having A/C was something we didn’t know going into it, but made it work with opening the windows at night. The resort was right across the street with restaurants.

We really enjoyed are stay! The building is in a great location with a short and easy walk to the gondola and restraints in the base village. We often just walked back to our unit for lunch before heading back out to the slopes. The balcony faces the mountain and gets nice afternoon sun! The building hot tub is huge with nice view of the mountain. One thing we didn’t know is that this unit is not accessed from the main interior hallway like most units in the building. Instead it has a private entrance directly to a short exterior staircase. I generally found this to be a plus. Although it does mean that you need to go outside to get to the hot tub and the parking garage. Not a big deal, but something to be aware of.

Great spot for access to Winter Park base. Easy under cover parking and worth the $24 a night. Close to hot tub, garage, shops, slopes, restaurants, bars. Really clean and big lovely bath. Bed comfy. Kitchen has good equipment.

The unit is nice and convenient, 5 mins walk to the slope and you can almost park right next to your room. The only thing is the parking is pricey even with the discount.

This unit is in an excellent location, 3 minute walk to the gondola. The location of this unit in the building is unique, in that it has a private outside entrance. Almost all the others are inside entrances in public hallways. The hosts are very responsive, helpful, and friendly. I would definitely rent from them again, they were very easy to interact with. Oh, and the hot tub after a day of skiing, so relaxing!

Great location and nice space. When setting up parking make sure to use a laptop…had issues using a mobile device. Only improvement in accommodations would be the bed, it’s starting to sag in the center

Thanks, Rick, for taking the time to review! Yes, we don't manage the parking garage, but we do ensure guests get the parking pass before they arrive as service is spotty up here so doing it on a laptop is ideal. Thanks again!

We were very disappointed with the unit. Upon arrival and throughout the stay there was a terrible stench. The unit has a lot of wear and tear and just felt dirty. The pull out couch was broken and not usable. The management company was very responsive and did come try and fix the couch however it was not fixable. The management company did refund us a full night which was appreciated.

Thanks for taking the time to review, we really appreciate the feedback. We did go the unit and showed your partner how the pull-out bed works, it’s not broken. The head is elevated slightly and locks in place. As for a smell we had several staff members go to the unit and could not smell any unusual odor. Please take the time to read past reviews on this property.

We really enjoyed our stay here. We liked the location, it has a nice balcony, king bed, fireplace, private entrance and big bathroom. The check-in was a little confusing and I recommend reducing the number of digits required to enter the unit and the parking structure. This unit is great for two people but I can’t imagine more staying comfortably because the space is so small.

I loved the place and the location. The pool/spa was wonderful. The only thing that was a problem was the HOA Wi-Fi. Very slow and one day it wasn't even working. I was able to work off my hotspot and local Starbucks. Luckily my hot spot data was at the end of the month and beginning of the month so my hot spot data did not run out. I did communicate the wi-fi issue to the Host but they stated it was the issue with the HOA. Told them they should bring it up with the HOA. There is no way that you could work on this vacation without a hotspot or Starbucks. Again the place was beautiful, great location and responsive host however if you need to work with needed wi-fi you may not want to stay in this building unless they have their own wi-fi.

Great stay at the place. Nice walking distance to the Gondola. The firewall was a plus plus to stay warm after snowboarding. TV and stereo set up was great and the hot tub was really really awesome! The bed was not perfect and Parking QR code did not work initially but make sure to hit the help button at the gate.

This cozy condo, located on an end-cap of the complex, was perfect in size for our party of two adults and one child. The proximity to the Village at Winter Park was excellent … an easy walk to ice skating, restaurants, and the lifts. The condo is a dream for type-A travelers with its labeled spots for dishes, utensils, and pots and pans. Very clean and minimalistic. The communication with Visit Winter Park was excellent. We already miss our time in Winter Park. We’ll be back!

Everything was great. Location was a short walk to the village. The place has a big hot tub so with other guest it didn’t feel cramped. The only other comment is that the bed mattress was very soft so if you’re used to firm mattress this would be a challenge.

Great location and overall experience -- will stay again! This 2nd floor unit had its own patio and was perfect for adults plus 1-2 kids. The pull-out couch was fine for our kiddo (would be a fail for an adult). Location to WP resort was awesome; access to MTB trails was steps away; large hottub was nice; kitchen allowed us options. Only real complaint = they have late check-in and early checkout. No exceptions. Boo.

Location is short walk to gondola. It was clean. Kitchen well stocked. Beds reasonably comfy for a rental. Parking is literally 30 feet from door of condo which makes loading and unloading luggage easy. Was very quiet during our stay. Front desk was very responsive.
