This was a perfect place right in the middle of Winter Park! It was very cozy the balcony was such a nice touch and we truly had a great experience

Nice spot, short walk to base. It’s a good idea to read all parking instructions before you get there; it took us a minute to figure out how to book parking, which is a separate website and fee. Other than that, a nice spot to stay. Hot tub and washing machine amenities were great.

We had a wonderful stay. It was so nice to be near the slopes. Whenever we had a question our hosts responded immediately. Everything we needed was take care of. We made great memories… and we loved the huge hot tub!!

Place was as described and made for a great ski-in-ski-out spot to stay. Hot tub was amazing (towels were provided). Less than 10 minute walk to the gondola. Bed was firm but comfortable. Received detailed instructions on parking ahead of time, which made for a painless process.

I stayed at this one-bedroom condo for a two-night ski trip, and it was exactly what we expected! The location was perfect, close to the slopes and everything we needed in Winter Park. The condo was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, making it a great home base after long days on the mountain. Everything matched the description, and the check-in process was smooth. Overall, we had a fabulous time and would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable stay in Winter Park.

We have stayed at many Airbnbs over the years, and this is the first time we’ve ever had to leave a negative review. Unfortunately, our experience at this property was very disappointing. On our first night, we discovered that the bed had dirty sheets with actual hairs in it—completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, we couldn’t get anyone to bring us clean sheets that night. The issues didn’t stop there. The fireplace kept turning off, there were dirty dishes in the cupboards, and we found trash under the couch bed—including a dirty sock. These are basic cleanliness and maintenance standards that should be met in any rental. We had high hopes for this stay, but the lack of cleanliness and poor service made it a frustrating experience. Hopefully, the host takes these issues seriously and improves the property for future guests.

Unfortunately the hot tub was out of order. Kinda a bummer but it was disclosed prior to our stay so we were expecting it. Still, it would have been nice after a long day of skiing.

Great location, read about parking before you arrive. The parking garage is nice and wide. We got around with a Ford Explorer. The place is nice— exactly as advertised. I had a great weekend hiking Berthoud Pass nearby. No complaints.

The GOOD: Unit is as represented. We liked that the unit is large, clean and well equipped. The LESS GOOD: The inner communicating doors between the unit and the neighbour is inconvenient for noise and for smells. You can hear everything that is said and you can smell all that the neighbours cook or smoke. Weed has a very strong smell.

This condo was perfect for my family of four with two small boys. We could walk to the resort (helpful to snag a wagon on the way) and the boot dryer in the closet was super appreciated. Kitchen was stocked ok, but missing measuring cups, so be sure to bring your own or ask ahead for a set if you are planning on cooking.
