Coming to winter park to do some skiing, staying just down the road is Frazier is a great option. Everything you need is within 5-10 drive including the resort. Really enjoyed our stay host was flexible and allowed us to extend our stay.

We had such a great stay! The condo was in a super convenient location, close to Winter Park and easy to get around. It was spacious and comfortable for our group of 3 adults and 3 kids. Having our own hot tub after a day of skiing was the best bonus. The owners were quick to respond and very helpful. We’d absolutely stay here again!

I can't say enough good things about this condo and the management company that runs it. We had to find a place last minute when our truck was towed to Fraser after breaking down on our way home from a week of skiing. They quickly helped us find this wonderful condo, which was very relaxing after a stressful day. It was immaculately clean, beautiful and comfortable and had the most organized and well stocked kitchen I have ever stayed in on Airbnb! The private hot tub was a dream and helped us forget about our troubles for a while. The shuttle to get anywhere you want in Fraser and Winter Park is a stone's throw from the condo and there is a wonderful brewery and a Safeway a very short walk away. It was, by far, our best Airbnb experience ever and if I could give them 10 stars I would!!

This is a wonderful condo in a great location. The condo itself is exactly as shown and described. it is clean, well decorated, and has everything you would need for your stay. it is in the perfect location to get to restaurants in either Fraser or Winter Park, and walkable to stores, coffee shop, and. brewery. We loved our stay here. My only suggestion for improvement would be the beds. They were a bit dense and could use mattress toppers. Thanks for a fantastic experience.

Well maintained home. If you want to visit Winter-park this is the perfect place. 2 hr 10 min drive to Estes Park through Rocky Mountain National Park. The drive is intimidating if you are a first time driver through the mountains. Estes Park would be ideal to visit Rocky Mountain National Park. Either way you need to drive through the roads until you get used to it.

La ubicación es excelente, esta cerca del pueblo, cerca de la villa de Winter Park, cerca de Fraser, la zona es de alto nivel, las vistas desde el departamento son de ensueño, a mi y a mi familia nos encanto y definitivamente queremos regresar , nos hospedaríamos nuevamente ahí. El departamento por dentro esta perfectamente bien decorado, limpio y equipado con todo para que pases una estancia fascinante. Gracias por todo!

The pictures depicted a second or third floor unit with Mountain View. We were put on first floor unit 10 feet away from road. No privacy , vehicle and pedestrian traffic thru the evening

Hi Monica, Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. We're honestly baffled by your comments because, as you can clearly see in the pictures, it’s a ground-level unit. There's even a floor plan that says "Ground Floor." We only manage this one unit in the building, so we don’t choose where people stay, the guests get to choose where they stay. We stand by the accuracy of our photos. Yes, the amenities are private, but it does face a road, which also shows in the pictures. With all the construction and new builds in the valley, our little town has gotten quite lively with people enjoying the great outdoors. Cheers to your future adventures!

Exactly what my group and myself was looking for. Very accommodating, location is great. Shuttle service is clutch. Just a few minutes from Winter Park ski resort, minutes from downtown. Sledding hill on fraser within walking distance. Highly recommend.

We stayed in the condo for 4 nights and it was perfect for our family of 4! The space was very open and easy to cook, relax, play games and bring all of our ski gear! The ski locker was a big help too. Loved having a washer and dryer for ski gear. We went in the hot tub every day and watched the snow fall. The ground floor set up was great because the kids could just walk out and play in the snow easily. A big plus was walking across the street to the brewery and pizza food truck. Super fun and super easy. But our FAV part was that we didn't have drive and load the car every morning to ski. We took the local bus and the stop is basically in front of the condos. SOOOOO easy with kids to just walk out of the house with skis and boots on. The only issue we ran into was hot tub's screen went out but the crew came to fix it within minutes - really responsive and fixed the issue. They were very helpful. Would stay here again!!!!

A perfect space and location for a mountain retreat. Place was exactly as pictured and described. Pretty new and clean. Location was great - a few miles to Winter Park and the resort and about 40 minutes to Grand Lake area and the entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park. Walkable to Frasier River Trail and ponds (across the street), breweries, coffee shop, and stores. Fabulous hot tub. Being on the 1st floor, you can hear people walking/running in unit above. Also, they’re still building new condos in the community. Will hear lots of construction noise and workers walking about.

Great place in a great location. They had everything you'd need for a pleasant stay. I was concerned about the lack of air conditioning, but it was a non-issue. There are fans above each bed and box fans in each bedroom closet. With the majority of the property facing north and being insulated on most sides as a result of being on the ground floor, the temperature inside only fluctuated 3 degrees with minimal effort on our part to block the sun with the windows closed 95% of the time. It was in the 70s and 40s during our 5-day stay. Other notes: the king bed is as soft as a marshmallow. Three more condo buildings are under construction as of August, 2023. They all have paint and windows, so maybe a couple more months until completion? The closest one is about 150 feet from the hot tub. Construction activity was variable and went on anytime between 6a and 7p. Our stay was Monday through Friday. Everything at Shreddy's tacos is great!

Great condo! Super clean/new. Close to Winter Park Ski Resort and several great restaurants. There is a grocery store and a liquor store nearby also. Some things to note: the king size bed in the Master Bedroom is very soft! If you like soft beds you will love it, if you have a sensitive back you’ll prefer to sleep on one of the firmer mattresses in the extra bedroom. Also, we didn’t realize this from the description and photos but the garage is in a separate building, so there is a bit of walking back and forth between the garage and the condo. If you have lots of stuff to carry just something helpful to know ahead of time. Also, there was construction going on in nearby buildings during our stay, it was always quiet in the evenings but during the day be prepared for construction noise. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The view was beautiful, especially in the hot tub under the stars. The apartment was cozy and decorated beautifully. The beds were so soft and comfortable. We loved having tv’s in each room and a warm fireplace. Before we arrived they sent us very detailed instructions and checked in with us to see how our stay was going and if we needed anything. Communication was fast and easy. The only thing I would say is to make sure that you have a very reliable 4 wheel drive vehicle. It started to snow and get icy and so it made the trek up and down the mountain to Winter Park a little difficult. There were a few cars in the ditch. This should be expected though if you are going to the mountains and is nothing against the apartment itself. I highly recommend staying here! I have absolutely no complaints. We’ve stayed at a lot of Airbnb’s and this one by far has been my favorite!

My husband and I needed a weekend away to reconnect and just chill. We can't imagine a more perfect place to have spent the weekend!! Everything, from booking to the stay, to check out was top notch!! This is an immaculate home with all the thangs! The hot tub was the absolute best!! It was difficult to leave...want to return ASAP! Highly recommend!

Great, clean location. New construction going on around facility, but this isn't a negative because the property is being built up and more units are continuing to go up. The hot tub is a GREAT addition and a big reason we chose this AirBnB, so we could have our own private hot tub! And we used it every day! The check-in time is pretty firm, and we wished we could have checked-in earlier, but that didn't detract from the property itself. Overall, a great place!
