This charming 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo offers 965 square feet of cozy living space, perfect for families, couples, or small groups seeking a peaceful getaway. Step onto the private balcony to enjoy the soothing sounds and sights of Vasquez Creek, offering a tranquil backdrop to your stay. Nestled in the heart of Winter Park, this condo offers easy access to various year-round activities. Enjoy skiing, snowboarding, hiking, and mountain biking, all just minutes away. The nearby downtown area provides a selection of restaurants, shops, and entertainment options to explore during your stay.

Quiet hours 10 pm till 7 am Visit Winter Park Lodging is locally owned and operated. We live in the community full time and enjoy playing and working in our wonderful mountain community. My teenage kids, dog and I enjoyed our stay for a weekend ski getaway. Place is cozy, well located and very well stocked. Only advice is to download the door code before you arrive. AT&T has no coverage in that area so we struggled to get inside.

Cozy condo in great location. Shuttle stop right across the street. Minutes from restaurants, shopping, or Winter Park resort. Super clean and comfortable. Our kiddo loved the selection of board games and the waffle iron. Hosts were very responsive when we needed an additional cleaning supply delivered. Would definitely stay here again.

Such a cute cozy spot close to the action but tucked away in a Lovely older established unit One thing we didn’t know was so so many stairs and kinda tricky to find - but my family tremendously enjoyed the stay and having our dog with us. Super comfy beds and pillows. Plenty of space!

This place was AMAZING. Nestled right in the woods with a babbling creek and scenic pines right outside the window. Super cozy inside, even better than the photos. Alpine cabin feel (with updated steam shower and strong wifi for a ski/work retreat). Clean. Responsive hosts. Covered parking. Nearby trail to walk the dog. Will definitely rebook in this unit!
