Brand-New 4BR Townhome | Private Hot Tub

Overall, outstanding. Great setup. Clean. Great kitchen setup. Very responsive to our questions. Great location. Walkable to restaurants and breweries. Our only issue was the ceiling fan on the top floor in the bedroom. The ceiling fan light did not have a shut of switch that myself or the maintenance person could find and thus could night run the fan with the light off. He brought in a box fan to help move the air. If you leave the windows open, you could hear the traffic on Hwy 40. Once shut, not noticeable for us. Just a great experience and even with the two issues we would happily stay again.

The home was beautiful, clean and in a great community with a free shuttle around town. The home was spacious and great for our multi-family trip, with the various living spaces. The home had everything we needed to make meals and relax at the end of the day.

Our family of 8 adults had plenty of space to hang out after skiing and snowboarding! The kitchen had plenty of room to cook meals and the table sits 8 easily! Our two vehicles both fit in the garage with toppers on. We had a great stay and would stay again.

This was the perfect place to stay for a ski trip! The house is only ~7-9 min from winter park resort. It is very spacious and is great for a big group to sleep comfortably (many big bedrooms and bathrooms). The kitchen is huge and very conducive to cooking in if you want! We also enjoyed the common spaces (two large living rooms) - it is a great place to hangout. The hot tub took a while to heat up but has amazing views/ is perfect for apres ski time! The team was very responsive and accommodated us checking in slightly early, which was much appreciated. I would love to come back and stay!

This is a beautiful home with beautiful views, plenty of room for bigger groups and families. The location is very close to the shuttle to winter park resort (emerald line). As a personal opinion we would have liked to have TV's in the bedrooms but some may prefer to not have them. Overall our group was very pleased with our stay and hope to return one day.

I can't say how much we enjoyed our stay!! It was the perfect blend and set up for our group. Having a group of 7, mixed with family and friends this was the perfect set up! I love how each floor has a living room/tv so we could spend our down-time not interrupting one another. The kitchen was nice and spacious. The bedrooms were large! Location was awesome! Quick 2min drive to the grocery store or 5mins downtown to eateries and shopping. We will 100% be back to this location in the future it had everything and more.

Love the location and quality of the accommodations for a vacation getaway. Super easy to get to restaurants, grocery and any other supplies you need or forgot to bring. Easy to get to the slopes, and very near the sledding hill. Also great hiking and snowshoe trails nearby. We would definitely stay here again.

Great house, beautiful views , very spacious and functional layout of property. Property owners provided above and beyond customer service and communication was excellent on providing recommendations on things to do in town .Everything look just like the pictures , property looks brand new very clean . Also Elevation Pizza is a must try while in Fraser. A couple of recommendations for owners: I would recommend property owners add an outdoor fire pit , the only disappointment is that we weren’t able to make s’mores as the gas fire place is covered and no outdoor fire pit . I would recommend adding some TVs in bedrooms . It’s always great to be able to unwind at night in your bedroom with some tv . Highly recommend staying at this property!!
