very comfortable and well appointed. nice hot tub. They shoveled the snow off the walkways for us. The kitchen had plenty of pots, pans, etc. for cooking. it fit our needs perfectly.

Our stay was great, and the Blue Bear was extremely comfortable. The location was perfect just the right distance from tubing, stores, and skiing, but also quiet and peaceful when we wanted to relax at the house. It fit all 11 of us comfortably, with plenty of space to hang out, cook, and unwind. The home was clean and felt cozy from the moment we walked in. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fun family place!

Great stay for a pretty large group of guys on ski trip. For the first time ever, we plan to rebook in the future. Size of the Airbnb is always a concern for us and also for the first time ever, the place actually felt bigger than the pictures made it look! Host was extremely responsive and luckily was able to accommodate an earlier check in for our travel day. Amenities were awesome. Kitchen was very well stocked with everything we could need. Neighborhood was quiet and once we arrived the first time, we never had to map it again. Highly recommend for the value

The house was great! The kitchen had all we needed. We cooked our lunches and suppers there and felt at home and the appliances were very nice. Plenty of room for our 6 and many activities in the house for the kids during down time. Would definitely stay again.

We had four adults and five kids for our stay. This Airbnb was perfect for our stay. The kids enjoyed the games in the garage as well as the hot tub. The kitchen was perfect and had everything we needed including extras like an air fryer. The place was clean and exactly as described. We loved that every bedroom had its own bathroom. You are close to everything and you can even walk to restaurants, hiking trails and the grocery store. We used the grill and everything worked perfectly. Communication with the host was easy and painless. I would stay here again 100%. I was nervous about having no A/C in late August but we were never uncomfortable and it cooled down to a perfect sleeping template at night. The place was loaded with towels for the showers and separate towels hot tub. We will be back!

We have stayed in this neighborhood the past four tears and it’s our favorite for us, our 3 boys and grandparents. The home was beautiful, clean and had everything we could possibly need. The hottub was amazing, and the sectional fit all 7 of us perfectly for movie night. Short drive to the slopes. Would definitely stay again.

This place was everything we needed and more. It was clean and fully stocked with dish-ware and appliances. We felt very at home. They had a few fun activities for the kids that could be played at their leisure. It is located in a great neighborhood where dinning, winter activities, and outings are within minutes. We will be coming back!

This place was great! Felt a lot like home! Great location and everything was labeled just right around the house. The only thing was the door handle was a bit hard when trying push down on it. Other than that this place was just what I was looking for when staying around this area. I would book this place again!

The accommodations were great ! We had 10 people in our family and the home fit us well. Lots of room and we enjoyed the private hot tub. The kitchen was well equipped and plenty of towels for all of us. We had a quick question and they responded right away. We had a great experience the house is clean and well appointed however there is a train that runs behind the house three or four times in the middle of the night so unless you want to be woken up and not be able to rest you need to consider that before renting I wish they would’ve pointed this out prior to us scheduling our trip. Thank you feel like you were missed lead and did not have this information prior to booking

really loved this home, beautiful, comfortable, spacious, smart home. so many little touches, like the sound machine! I use one at home and having this helped tremendously. great location for winter park and rocky mountains national park. loved the hot tub..five stars!

Great location close to a grocery store and not too far from Winter Park or Grand Lake. House was clean and welcoming with plenty of space. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen had most everything we needed. The WI-FI was so weak and unsecured and there’s a train that goes right by the house in the middle of the night but those were our only complaints. If the WI-FI got fixed we would definitely stay here again.

Comfy beds, plenty of space for sleeping comfortably. All of the extra stocked items were so helpful. Check in was fast and easy, ran into a small issue(which was resolved very quickly). Would definitely book again if we were in the area.

Beautiful house and good location. It was nice to have a full bathroom in each bedroom. Only thing I would warn about is that a freight train can ocassionally pass by loudly in the middle of the night!

We loved the private hot tub, grill and well appointed kitchen. We weren't sure how we would like the location having not been to Fraser before, but it was perfect. An easy 10 minutes to winter park. Also the unit we rented backed up against undeveloped land with a nice view. The private hot tub really was private. Other units in the same development had much less privacy. We are a family of 5 and had more space than we needed. since one of the bedrooms had 4 bunks, we could have comfortably shared this home with another family. 2 couples and 4 kids would fit nicely. The hosts reached out to make sure we were taken care of. But everything was in order and we didnt need anything. The heated attached garage sure was nice too. Great place!
