Very nice and quite stay with great views each morning. Hot tub was nice to relax in at night.

The house was beautiful, spacious, and comfortable. It backs up to a wooded area and is in a pretty and quiet neighborhood. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking lots of meals. The hot tub on the porch in the woods was delightful and had a great sunset view. It was perfect for a long summer weekend with friends.

What a wonderful place! Would highly recommend and plan to stay here again!! The host was super responsive and helpful. The house was perfect for our family with each couple having their own floor of the house and private bathrooms. The back patio was so nice and quiet, even saw a family of fox playing from there. Did not use the hot tub but it was kept hot and ready, we just ran out of time. Well stocked kitchen! Why didn’t I give it 5 stars, just a few little things (towel bar fell off lower bathroom wall, a few chipped plates, sliding door sticks/doesn’t close all the way) but to us the difference between really good and great. All items were shared with the host who was again very responsive on how to make right. Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home and looking forward to coming again!

We stayed at Stay Vara for two weeks with our dogs and really enjoyed our time there. The place matched the description perfectly, the location was close to town, and the hiking trails right from the backyard were a huge plus. Highly recommend and we’ll definitely be back.

We had an amazing stay at Bear Trail Villa! The home was exactly as described. Spacious, clean, and perfectly set up for a mountain getaway. The views of the forest and surrounding mountains were absolutely stunning, especially from the primary suite balcony and the main living area. The location was close enough to downtown Winter Park for easy access to dining and activities (around 5 minutes), while still feeling peaceful and secluded. We loved having hiking trails right outside the back door and enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub after a day of exploring. The home had everything we needed, from the fully equipped kitchen to the comfortable beds and fireplace. The games, PlayStation, and Smart TV were great evening entertainment for the kids, and the garage parking was a nice bonus. Check-in was easy, and communication was excellent throughout our stay. The listing says 4 parking spots, but you'll only fit 2 full sized vehicles. I could believe that 4 small cars will fit, though.

The overall stay was great and the location is very pretty as well. Communication was good and the place was mostly clean. We had three families stay here and it was nice and spacious. TV works well and there are lots of board games at the house. The only two concerns I had were with the cooking pots/pans and the shower head. The cookware in the kitchen was old, scratched up, and not usable (would be nice if they could replace them). We used the shower downstairs so I’m not sure how the other ones were but the one we used sprayed the water to the sides way too much. Other than that jt was a great place to stay.

What’s not to love? Beautiful views, plenty of space, well stocked kitchen and near ski resort! Our family of six had plenty of room to spread out and enjoyed coming together in the kitchen to eat! Highly recommend!

Words can’t explain how wonderful this place is! Everything was perfect from booking to check-out. The listing is described well and the place is actually better in person. Large and spacious and laid out well for different groups of people and needs. Location is great. Back patio opens up to gorgeous woods AND it’s walkable/hikable right out the property. Hot tub was a nice perk for the group. Communication was impeccable. Quick responses and texts and even proactive messages to check-in and prepare for check-out. I can’t recommend this place enough! Great memories made and wonderful girls weekend! I’ll definitely be back if I need a rental in WP again.
