We found ourselves right at home here and loved all the local things to do. We have only great memories and no complaints!

We loved our stay! The place was an excellent location for walkable coffee, food, bars. Also close to the park and downtown area. Was nice to sit on the deck and drink coffee in the morning and look out at the mountains. Best of both worlds - views + convenience . Beds were comfy, nice kitchen, great hot tub. Would stay again!

Very nice place. Kids loved the spiral staircase and bunk beds. Very comfortable. Our only complaint is the noise from the busy highway. But a very very nice condo.

This townhome is beautiful and clean!! The views are beautiful! The whole townhomes units were nice and so is surrounding areas!! Host was very helpful and replied to any questions right away!! Beds were comfortable and clean!! Would stay here again for sure!!!

We had a fantastic stay at this home in Winter Park. The house was extremely clean and very well maintained. Everything was exactly as described, and it made for a comfortable and stress-free trip. The host was incredibly communicative and responsive throughout our stay. They were also very accommodating with a few changes and special requests, which we really appreciated. It’s clear they genuinely care about their guests’ experience. I would absolutely recommend staying here to anyone visiting Winter Park and would gladly stay here again myself.

Know before you go, this is a fairly new rental property. This property does not have a work around if the elevator stop working or maintenance staff to help if you get stuck in elevator. We had to call the fire department when we got stuck in the elevator. They did not call, they told me to. I was stuck in the elevator for about 45 minutes. The buttons in the elevator does not work for help we waited 20 minutes and no one responded. After calming myself down from panicking, I realized I had my phone in my pocket I was able to text them and my spouse for assistance. The elevator is a small metal box without ventilation. If you are disabled with physical disabilities or have problems with steps this may not be best for you, there are 21 steps straight up without a landing. No one asked to move us to another site without steps or with an elevator or to accommodate in another way. My spouse and I are disable and have problems with stairs. According to locals the elevator breaks often.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are truly sorry for the stress caused by the elevator malfunction - situations like this can feel overwhelming, and we understand how upsetting it can be. We would like to clarify a few details for accuracy. Once we were informed of the situation, we took immediate action by contacting the HOA to report the elevator malfunction and advising the guest to call the fire department, as emergency services are the appropriate and fastest resource in elevator-related incidents when we are not on site. The guest was safely out of the elevator within approximately 15 minutes. Following the incident, both our Guest Services Manager and the owner of the company personally attempted to call to check in and offer support, but we were unable to reach the guest. We also reached out to offer assistance with luggage or navigating the building, as guest safety and comfort are very important to us. We appreciate the feedback and take guest safety seriously. We regret that this experience impacted your stay and appreciate the opportunity to clarify and continue improving communication and guest support.

Incredible place to stay and an awesome value compared to some other places I looked at in the area. Super comfortable beds, blackout curtains, good water pressure. The hot tub and game table were put to good use! So many awesome restaurants and shops within walking distance.

Amazing stay at Arrow 206! Very nice and clean. Everything needed for our stay and cooking was there and extremely nice. Close and walkable to several restaurants including Rollin Street Bakery across the street for great breakfast and Deno’s down the street for amazing dinner. Fireside Market down the street for quick grocery needs and Hideaway park across for sledding. The amenities including the hot tub and games in the loft area were perfect! My family had an amazing winter vacation!!

Our family had a great Thanksgiving week staying here. We enjoyed the hot tub, watching tv by the fireplace, and the beds were so comfortable and cozy. The kids absolutely loved it as well. We felt right at home and enjoyed everything the place had to offer. The host brought by a pie for Thanksgiving and we enjoyed every bite. I would highly recommend as it’s not just a great house, but also right in the center of town where there is so much to do.

The accommodations were truly amazing. It was a very peaceful and relaxing experience. The mountains were beautiful, and the town was quite serene and not at all noisy. The outdoor hot tub provided a delightful experience, especially in the snow!
