Of course every place could be imperfect, this place was no exception. Very lovely and and no real complaints, but there were slow running drains ans sticky windows upstairs, but that in no way spoiled our good time. Be aware there are stairs everywhere, which, since most folks are going out there for recreation, shouldn't be an issue for all except the elderly or handicapped. We all got up at the same time, so noise from the kitchen, which is right next to the master, and directly above another bedroom, wasn't much of an issue. All in all a great experience.

Our stay was wonderful! The hosts were incredibly kind, responsive, and truly went above and beyond. We accidentally left some valuable items behind, and they took time out of their day to make sure everything was returned to us. Their thoughtfulness and honesty meant so much. The property itself was peaceful, relaxing, and exactly what we were looking for. We highly recommend staying here and would absolutely book again!

The Airbnb was very nice and gave the cozy cabin vibes we were looking for. We wanted to enjoy the scenic views while we all sat outside on the patio and had a bbq. This locations patio was perfect for that. However, half the bbq didn’t work, the patio lights were out, and the outdoor heater was broken. They didn’t come out until the next day. And informed us that the heater and the grill could not be fixed and was told it was not essential for our stay…Really disappointed with the way this was dealt with and more over that we weren’t offered some sort of compensation.

The BBQ itself was operational; however, the ignitor was not working, which does require lighting it manually with a lighter — we understand this wasn’t ideal and apologize for the inconvenience. Regarding the outdoor heater, the issue was related to the gas line, which is not something that could be safely repaired on short notice, particularly on Christmas Eve. While our team came out as soon as possible, we regret that this could not be resolved during your stay. That said, we recognize that these amenities were important to you, and we’re sorry that the situation and communication left you feeling disappointed, especially regarding compensation. Your feedback is appreciated and helps us improve how we set expectations and handle maintenance concerns during holidays and high-demand times.

We had a great stay overall! We had 3 families with a total of 6 adults and 6 kids. Everyone slept comfortably and we had plenty of space. The place could use better upkeep as several lightbulbs were out and some kitchen items felt sparse given our size group (ie could use more silverware, kitchen towels, paper towels). The group was very responsive when we needed assistance!

The pictures are definitely professional! The place was pretty good overall. The carpet looks dingy and needs replaced (which I think is happening). I don’t think the cleaning staff had cleaned under the couches in awhile, and the basement couch shouldn’t be considered a bed for even one child as it’s a little too old and a bit rickety. The main floor bedroom reeked of some cleaner…it was mainly on the decorative pillows so we put them outside to air out. The upstairs queen mattress needs replaced as it swallowed up my sister and her husband a bit. The bathrooms and kitchen were clean. It would have been nice to have more than 2 dishwasher tabs with 13 peeps…and we only had one roll of tp per bathroom, and only one roll of paper towels…no kitchen rags and only 2 kitchen towels. There was plenty of laundry soap. The view was beautiful and there’s ample room for a large family to get together. All together, it was a good experience…and the staff was kind and responded quickly!

We had a wonderful stay for 9 adults. The washing machine broke just before our arrival, luckily everyone had packed just enough clothes because it couldn't be replaced or repaired until the week after we left. The owners were proactive in communicating the issue and responding when I asked about repair. All arrival and departure instructions were straight forward and easy to follow. It's a community of duplexes so there's not much space between lots but we didn't have a problem with it, just a bit closer to the neighbors than expected. Beautiful community in the mountains, amazing views. For a group our size we had a little difficulty finding restaurants in Tabernash to accommodate us for dinner without prior reservations. We were told it was a seasonal issue (we were there 12/27-1/1), I'm sure prior planning would have helped and we figured it out on the spot. Overall, this is a great, budget friendly home that accommodates a large group comfortably.

Very clean and spacious place. Loved the clean kitchen and most of the house was perfect. Only downside was the distance to everything like Rockies, parks, etc. But you save yoursef lots staying a distance from the city plus get beautiful quiet relaxing views. Would stay here again with our group if we come back ☺️

The house layout was great for several couples. It was pretty much as described. It would actually hold many more people than we had, but yet it only had 4 chairs for outdoor seating so not conducive to utilize the decks of the home. We had a few issues with things that were not working or damaged. Wear and tear is to be expected, but the oven being cleaned when we arrived wasn't great. The smell and haze was awful and we had to spend the majority of our time outside as well as wait several hours to cook dinner that evening. The property management company apologized, but it was less than ideal. The neighbors are all really close and the privacy is minimal.

We paid for 4 star accommodations and received 3 star. This home is beautiful, and the location is peaceful and convenient. The cleaning was very superficial, and the amenities are very basic and not fully functional. The microwave is inoperable and has been replaced by a very basic model that doesn’t cook properly. The towels, bedding and dish cloths are old and stained, and the upstairs bed and bedding are absolutely terrible. We were given one paper towel roll, a few trash bags, one-ply toilet paper and even the bottle of dish soap had water diluting it! It’s evident that the cleaning crew is not thorough and we did have to do some cleaning of our own. The TV in the main room does not work properly and while we appreciate the prompt service to fix it, their efforts were unsuccessful. I do appreciate the communication from the rental company but expect a higher quality of household appliances and amenities for the price we paid and for the air bnb standards we are accustomed to.

Overall, a great place to stay. Roomy, clean, and very well stocked with basic necessities. The place is in a great location and is exactly as described. We only had two issues: -WiFi: Pretty awful. It made the TV slow and made it nearly impossible to work remotely while here. We ended up using hotspots on our phones. If you aren't trying to work, it probably won't matter, but in today's post-covid world, I think a lot of people work remotely so good internet would have been nice to have. -Kitchen floor: the tile was installed unevenly and there are a lot of jagged edges. We had two of our kiddos cut their feet on the tile. Nothing major, slight bleeding and a bandaid did the trick, however, there is a strict no shoes rule so having a floor that can cut feet seemed cruel.

We've never had anyone say they cut their feet. Yes, internet in the mountains can be slow at times, we're limited by location and geology! Go figure! This home uses satellite internet and there was a slowdown in speed during your stay but came back up to speed per our conversation. Thanks again for staying at our home!

Great place and bigger than the pictures make it look! We comfortably slept 11 people with no one on the couch. The views are amazing! The hot tub was probably our favorite part about the place. Make sure you bring some condiments and cooking oil to the place if you are planning on making food!

Spacious and comfortable, my large group enjoyed the house a lot. Definitely a deal for being so big and located so close to winter park resort. Heads up that the internet is very slow, so if you’re trying to work remotely or get something important done, just go to a cafe with free wifi instead.

We had a family get together in this rental over Thanksgiving, we had all adults, and this was great. The large grille on the deck was one of our favorite things, along with location, convenient, and floor plan (room to spread out). For my husband and me the no pets, and shoes at the door was a real plus. We would differently consider renting this unit again.

This place is close to lakes and rivers great for fishing or swimming. Our friends and family had a wonderful experience they were definitely pleased with everything it had to offer. The house was better than expected. The hot tub was clean and toasty hot upon arrival and the heated patio with BBQ and fireplace was awesome. I would highly recommend, this home and the hosts were very responsive and helpful.
