Beautiful location, condo’s set up was nice, and having private hot tub was the biggest perk. The biggest compliant would be the cleanliness of the place. Lots of little things were clearly not taken care of: coffee maker had old coffee left in it, and a bunch of previous tenants hair was in the upstairs bathrooms, and trash under furniture.

We really enjoyed our New Years vacation at this property. We are a family of 5, and the kids had plenty of room to spread out. The 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms was perfect for us. The community is in walking distance to many restaurants, hiking trail heads and shuttle stops to quickly get to Winter Park Resort. We contacted the property management with a couple of requests and they were very responsive and friendly.

This stay was amazing. Went above and beyond with amenities and had even more than expected going into renting this place. It was also very clean, and I really enjoyed my stay here. I’d definitely stay here again!

Great stay! Unit looked just like the pictures. Spacious, yet cozy! Host very responsive. Clear instructions. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Ski shuttle stop down the street, and less than 10 min drive to lifts (in your own car)! Would DEFINITELY stay here again!

Great location downtown Winter Park. Easy access to the resort with bus stops nearby. The place was perfect with all the amenities, including a private hot tub. Part of a nice complex and fun to walk around in the area, including some snowy trails along the river nearby. Easy communication, highly recommend

This home was simply amazing, the fireplace kept us warm. The bed/mattress in top left bedroom and bunk bed was the best I’ve experienced with Airbnb. It reminded me of the Radisson sleep number beds, or the Four Seasons, the comforters, the pillows. We were so comfortable we forgot to go out on Sunday, just was too relaxed. The hot tub took us to another REM of sleep. If you need rest, stay here. Don’t forget your nasal drip, because you are really high in the air. Lastly, the kitchen has every utensil, appliance you can think of. I baked two cakes while there. Oh and for us central air and heat users, please don’t underestimate that boiler system, it gets TOASTY!!! Definitely recommend this host. He really goes above and beyond to ensure a perfect stay.

We visit Winter Park often and have rented many places over the years. This condo was very clean and clutter free. The kitchen had nice pots and pans and was well stocked. The beds were comfortable and sheets were soft. We were also able to bring two dogs. I will definitely rent this condo again.

Loved the place, fantastic and comfortable space, with the perfect location to walk downtown or hit the Fraser River Trail. Unfortunately, during our stay the heavy construction from 7AM-7PM, literally a few feet away, made it challenging to work remotely, enjoy the outdoor spaces, and keep the house temp cool. We would definitely stay here again, but would have been nice to be informed of the impact of this construction prior to booking it, as it was quite expensive for the experience we had, and no compensation was offered. It wasn’t too relaxing sitting in the hot tub directly next to a construction truck, with person in it watching me, and the loud jackhammer.

My family enjoyed staying at this location. So close to grocery and restaurants. So spacious and there was surrounding construction but we didn’t hear any noise. Had everything we needed to pull off a Thanksgiving meal and the hot tub was the icing on the cake. We even received a Thanksgiving message from the owners high which was so sweet. Thank you for helping me create a memory with my family.

We had a great stay! Our initial AirBnB with a different owner fell through, but the team here was super responsive and helped confirm our stay quickly and get us in the place very quickly. It's a beautiful location and a great place to stay! Would absolutely stay again!

Great location! It is right next to a nice park (sometimes there are concerts or yoga on the lawn). It is in a quiet neighborhood and is great for a family vacation. Restaurants/coffee shops are in walking distance, too. There aren’t many (if any spices) or things of that nature for cooking (in case you are planning to cook meals there). Easy access to Winter Park resort and nearby trails.
